Specializing in aviation-grade aluminum rigging production, we focus on three core categories: safety carabiners (mountaineering carabiners), dog clips, and hanging hooks. Our process adheres to: “Raw Material Selection → Precision Machining → Full Quality Inspection → Assembly → Final Product Inspection.” Raw materials utilize 7075 aerospace-grade aluminum. After verifying material purity and mechanical properties through spectral analysis, high-precision CNC machining centers perform integrated cutting and forging to ensure both lightweight construction and high strength. Locking mechanisms (auto-lock and screw-lock types) undergo precision assembly with manual assistance to guarantee smooth operation and reliable locking. Surfaces undergo anodized treatment to enhance corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetic appeal. Each carabiner undergoes rigorous testing—including safety load tests (meeting main axis load capacity standards), locking fatigue tests (100,000 cycles without failure), and salt spray tests—before certification to EN362/UIAA/ANSI international standards.

Specializing in iron and 304/316 stainless steel rigging hardware, with a focus on spring hooks and connecting rings. We have established a comprehensive system encompassing “material grading — automated processing — intelligent assembly — rustproofing — full inspection traceability — premium packaging.” Raw materials undergo composition testing (spectrometer, hardness tester) before forming via fully automated cold heading machines and CNC bending equipment. Spring hook core assemblies are assembled on dedicated automated lines, while connecting rings undergo automated thread rolling. Surface rust prevention includes galvanizing, passivation, and electrophoresis (for iron materials). Equipped with testing devices, load-bearing capacity and spring rebound are evaluated. Finished products undergo comprehensive inspection for appearance and functionality via testing equipment (zinc layer thickness gauge, salt spray tester, tensile tester), simultaneously generating product traceability data. Standardized production supports large-scale manufacturing, ensuring products meet customer-specified standards.

Zhe jiang Jinrui Hardware Rigging Co., Ltd.Is located in the Lucheng Light Industrial Park(Provincial Development Zone) Of Wenzhou City, which is known as "The Eastern Oujiang City" the forefront of China's private enterprise development. The company has an existing construction area of 23,000 square meters, and is well placed for easy access to the Yangyi entrance(S10) of Wenzhou Ring Expressway by driving for 5 minutes, 20 minutes from Wenzhou High-speed Railway South Station, and convenient for Longwan International Airport by driving for 50 minutes.

 

The company founded in 1992, focusing on the research and development production and sales of safety hooks. The company’s products include three major product series of carabiner, snap hook and quick link as the main body, and pullers and shackles as supporting products. They are widely used in the fields of security, outdoor rock climbing, indoor leisure and fitness working-at-height etc, and are exported to more than 40 countries and regions such as Europe America, Australia, South east Asia and Taiwan. At present, the company is a well-known national high-tech enterprise with large scale, complete variety and sophisticated manufacturing in China.

 

Over the years, the company has been practicing the value concept of"quality as the cornerstone, integrity as the foundation, pioneering and innovation and customer first". Leading in the industry, the company has passed UIAA, CE, BSCI and other authoritative certification earlier, adhering to the "Three Highs" product road map of "high quality, high requirements, and high standards". Tracing the source of manufacturing from the careful selection of materials, to the machining of high-precision equipment, and then to automatic assembly, the monitoring and control means such as numerical control tension test material spectrum analysis salt spray experiment are applied to all the processes to ensure product quality. The capabilities are embodied in the process, high-quality products out of the ingenuity, just to make users safer when using.

 

The company adheres to the road of independent innovation. It has focused on the establishment of a product and equipment independent R&D team of more than 80 people established a provincial CNC manufacturing technology R&D center and obtained nearly 100 invention and utility model patents. In recent years, in addition to the technical innovation of traditional products, the company has introduced new design concepts in the innovation and research of new products so as to keep close to the market needs and form the core competitiveness of products that cannot be copied. The company has invested heavily to build the flagship project of carabiner with aviation aluminum materials as raw materials. At present, it has entered the fast development lane from the aspects of product research and development, production, scale, market share, brand operation and has become the leader in the subdivision field of carabiner in China.

History

(Formerly) Nanya Standard Parts Factory was established, primarily producing standard parts.

Ouhai Hardware Rigging Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on the production and sales of chain and rope accessories.

It was renamed Zhejiang Jinrui Hardware Rigging Co., Ltd.

Plant No. 58 in Lucheng Light Industrial Park was completed and put into operation.

Passed SGS ISO9001 certification and BSCI factory audit.

The engineering equipment team independently developed and put into operation an automated spring hook production line.

The independently developed automated spring hook production line obtained a national invention patent certificate.

It was jointly rated as a "Wenzhou Patent Demonstration Enterprise" by the Wenzhou Science and Technology Bureau and the Wenzhou Intellectual Property Bureau.

It was rated as one of the "Top 50 Industrial Enterprises" in Lucheng District, and won the title of "Wenzhou Famous Trademark" and National High-tech Enterprise.

Winning the title of National High-tech Enterprise.

Recognized as a "Zhejiang Provincial Patent Demonstration Enterprise," one of Wenzhou's "Top 100 Honest Enterprises," and an "Advanced Unit."

The company received the titles of "Advanced Enterprise in Credit Management of Wenzhou City" and "High-Growth Enterprise of Wenzhou City" awarded by the Wenzhou Municipal Government, and was rated as one of the "Top 100 Enterprises" by the Lucheng District Entrepreneurs Association and Industrial Economic Federation. Simultaneously, it established an aviation aluminum outdoor security R&D project and built an aluminum cold forging production line at its factory located at No. 58 Shengfa Road.

The company received the Wenzhou City Safety Production Standardization Level III Enterprise (Machinery) Honorary Certificate and was rated as a provincial-level R&D center.

The company was rated as one of the "Top 30 Industrial Enterprises" and a "Foreign Trade Credit Enterprise" by the Lucheng District Government.

The company was rated as one of the "Top 30 Industrial Enterprises" by the Lucheng District Government, obtained Class A qualification from the Lucheng District Market Supervision Administration, and was included in the list of "Contract-Abiding and Creditworthy" enterprises in Zhejiang Province.

The company received the Provincial Enterprise Research Institute Honorary Certificate, the Zhejiang Province "Specialized, Refined and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise" certification, the "Lucheng District Government Quality Award Certificate," and the titles of "Top 20 Industrial Enterprises" and "Leading Enterprise in Foreign Trade Credit." In the same year, the company purchased land at No. 30 Chuangqiang Road and built a factory to expand its production lines to cope with business growth.

Awarded the title of "Specialized, Refined, and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise of Zhejiang Province" by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology.

The new factory at No. 30 Chuangqiang Road was completed and put into operation. In the same year, the fully automated connecting ring R&D project was launched at No. 30 Chuangqiang Road. While promoting business development, the company also actively fulfilled its environmental responsibilities. To reduce its carbon footprint, we have fully constructed photovoltaic systems in both factory areas, continuously increasing the proportion of green energy used, and contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals.

The fully automated connecting ring production equipment was successfully developed and put into production, and the high-strength alloy cold forging project for protective products was launched. In the same year, it was awarded the honor of "Zhejiang Province Zero Waste Factory".

Passed ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification.

The self-owned brand "Panweishi" officially entered market operation, and the high-strength alloy cold forging products were successfully developed and put into production.

It was awarded the title of "Three-Star Green and Low-Carbon Factory" in Wenzhou City. To expand its product line and enhance its intelligent manufacturing capabilities, a hot forging production line was also established at the new factory at No. 30 Chuangqiang Road.
