Dual-track R&D model for precise response to market demands

Zhejiang Jinrui Hardware Rigging has been deeply engaged in the rigging industry for 30 years, establishing a dual-track R&D system integrating independent R&D and OEM/ODM customized R&D, which accurately matches the needs of the global market with practical technological innovation. The company's core products cover three major categories: carabiners, tool clips, and industrial safety hook series, all of which have obtained UIAA/CE/ANSI international certifications and ISO9001 quality management system certification, with products exported to more than 70 countries and regions worldwide.

The independent R&D process is closely aligned with market dynamics: the business team and management capture market trends through international exhibitions and customer interactions, identifying potential product directions such as carabiners, industrial safety hooks, and tool hooks. The R&D team first purchases competitive product samples, conducts comprehensive benchmarking on the appearance of carabiners, the opening method of snap hooks, and the weight parameters of buckles, then carries out differentiated optimization—increasing the product's tensile strength by more than 10% compared with the industry average. At the same time, it optimizes the nut pattern design to enhance friction, and flexibly selects cold forging (suitable for simple shapes) or hot forging (adapting to complex patterns and high-drop structures) processes according to product complexity, ensuring design practicality and production feasibility.

The OEM/ODM customized R&D follows a standardized service process: after customers provide product samples, the R&D team initiates reverse engineering to analyze core parameters, completes sample testing, product mold opening, and small-batch sample production in accordance with standards, and transfers to mass production after customers confirm that indicators such as size and tensile strength meet requirements.

Relying on a professional R&D team of more than 40 people and over 120 patented technologies, Jinrui's dual-track R&D model has achieved efficient connection between market demand and production implementation. In the future, the company will continue to focus on the technological iteration of core products, optimize the customized service process, and provide more practical demand-oriented rigging solutions for global customers.
